Defence work on escape moves, walking the line and shooting, and one-timers.

Forwards work on escape moves, shooting during zone entry, and one timers.

Second hour (1230-1:30pm): POWER SKATING (2014/2015/2016)

Players work on speed, crossovers, pivots, and direction changes
